Smooth check-in process by Anna and another male staff member. Helpful staff member named Kashif who had excellent knowledge of the property and the surrounding areas. Good food and fantastic massage at the spa, thanks to Noura and the professional spa reception staff. Ali and Melissa at the reception provided great service, with Ali ensuring a smooth and quick check-out process. Excellent location, making it easy to access various areas of interest.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Mr. Shafeeq, provided exceptional service and made our experience memorable. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and tidy with nice amenities like ironing facilities and flat-screen TVs. We also loved the spa and massage services, which were very professional and relaxing. Additionally, the location was great as it was near a mall and there were plenty of shops and dining options around here.

The gym and sauna facilities were well-maintained and not overcrowded. The hotel also had excellent wifi, which was a definite plus. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as the noise from the nearby dance bar and difficulties locating the hotel, overall I would recommend Fortune Atrium for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
