The hospitality of the staff, especially the reception team was exceptional. Friendly managers who take the time to greet guests and have a chat. Clean and tidy room with attentive staff. Smooth check-in process by Anna and another male staff member. Helpful staff member named Kashif who had excellent knowledge of the property and the surrounding areas. Good food and fantastic massage at the spa, thanks to Noura and the professional spa reception staff. Ali and Melissa at the reception provided great service, with Ali ensuring a smooth and quick check-out process. Excellent location, making it easy to access various areas of interest.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Mr Shafeeq, provided really good service and made our experience nice. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were really good too ensure our needs were met.

We enjoyed our stay at this place! The staff were all very attentive and helpful, especially Kashif who knew everything around here. The rooms were clean and tidy with nice amenities like ironing facilities and flat-screen TVs. We also loved the spa and massage services, which were very professional and relaxing. Additionally, the location was great as it was near a mall and there were plenty of shops and dining options around here.
